Dubai, May 17, 2005: In response to overwhelming demand for elegant residential suites around the Emirates Golf Club, Emaar announced today the launch of Fairways Clubside Residence, an upscale, high-rise development that is part of the popular Views community.

Once registration closes, e-registered applicants will be randomly selected by an independent auditor and invited to the launch on Monday, May 23, 2005 at the Dubai Marina Sales Centre. Only one tower—North—would be open for sales on that day. The e-invitation is valid for this day only. Purchase of The Fairways apartment will be validated in the name of the original e-registered client.
