Emaar launches Saheel at Arabian Ranches

Dubai, UAE, 24 July 2005 – Emaar Properties today announced that the Saheel community at Arabian Ranches is open for registration today (Monday, 25 July). Construction of these sought after villas is complete and they are ready to move into.

Comprising of one and two-storey contemporary style villas, Saheel homes are available in 9 unit types ranging from 3,166 to 5,308 sq ft. and three and five bedrooms. Primed on generous plots, Saheel offers homeowners an opportunity to be part of the unique desert paradise that Arabian Ranches has to offer.

“This launch is distinctive in the fact that the homes are ready for homeowners to move into. Rather than choose from a plan and wait for the development to take shape, the Saheel district is a newly established community with landscaped areas and parks,” said Naaman Atallah, Director of Sales - Emaar Properties.

Registration for the Saheel villas will be for one day only on Monday, 25 July 2005 from 10am to 4pm at the Arabian Ranches Sales Centre. A random draw will take place the following day and selected applicants will thereafter be notified by e-mail and SMS on Wednesday, 27 July 2005 to attend the launch on Thursday, 28 July 2005.

Atallah added: “Saheel was one of the first districts in the Arabian Ranches development and offers views of the Desert Course, an 18-hole championship course designed by Ian Baker-Finch and Nicklaus Design as well a variety of ‘green’ experiences with parks and secondary streetscapes.

“The Saheel community has its own unique atmosphere. Every effort has been made to create an environment where residents’ can enjoy a unique and satisfying outdoor lifestyle.

As well as high-speed digital technology for Internet, television and voice communication, balconies, terraces and a covered carport for two vehicles, Saheel also offers residents round-the-clock maintenance and security.

In addition, amenities at the Arabian Ranches include a shopping arcade, JESS school, a mosque, equestrian centre and state-of-the-art polo ground, together with facilities and trainers for various equine sports.
