Registration for auction of plots and villas in Emaar communities closes on May 23

Dubai, UAE; May 22, 2008: Emaar Properties is holding an auction of premium plots and villas in its established master-planned communities on May 24, 2008 at The Montgomerie, Dubai. Customers can register interest for participation in the auction for plots in Emirates Hills and Golf Homes in Arabian Ranches, until 6pm on May 23. Only those who registered interest can take part in the auction. The auction will be conducted by Mr John Canavan, an international auctioneer, with the objective of assuring a fair and transparent process.
