Emaar launches community guide

Dubai, UAE, July 3, 2006: Global real estate major Emaar Properties today unveiled a lifestyle guide that highlights the various facets of living within its community projects in Dubai.

A quarterly publication, Emaar Living provides comprehensive coverage of the various community-centric amenities at its projects and a veritable spread of lifestyle features.

“Emaar Living is all about communication and fostering greater dialogue with the home-owners and tenants at Emaar’s various community projects,” said Ahmad Al Falasi, Director Property Management, Emaar Properties. “As the pioneer of lifestyle communities in Dubai, Emaar is now adding value to the Emaar living experience through the guide.”

Emaar Living is a full-colour, 34-page, glossy produced by a dedicated Emaar team who interact with residents to generate content that reflects the true ethos of living in Emaar’s modern, lifestyle communities like Arabian Ranches, Emirates Hills, The Greens, The Springs, The Lakes, The Meadows, The Views and Emaar Towers. Over 14,000 copies are circulated free to all residents.

“To date, we have handed over more than 14,000 homes in Dubai and new Emaar projects are being added,” added Al Falasi. “We will update subsequent issues with details of these communities.”

Emaar Living focuses on providing the true lifestyle experience that Emaar community projects offer. “Communities are the cornerstones of the society. By strengthening mutual dialogue – with Emaar and amongst other Emaar residents – Emaar Living will contribute to invigorating the society.”

Emaar’s community projects, typically, are gated neighborhoods that encompass the entire range of lifestyle features including fitness, leisure and entertainment facilities.
