Umm Al Quwain Marina Sales Process

Welcome to the launch of Mistral at The Umm Al Quwain Marina Development.  The Development is a unique waterfront community along the shores of Umm Al Quwain’s natural lagoon. The seaside development will incorporate a variety of residential, retail and recreational facilities, sports and yacht clubs, waterfront resorts, boutique hotels, schools, community centres, retail and recreational facilities, open beach and naturally landscape space with parks and trails.  The first phase we are offering is a community of detached villas, Mistral.

To assist you with a comfortable purchasing experience at this event kindly find below a list of documentation that you will need to furnish at the point of sale in order to assist you with your purchase.

• Original Passport
• 3 Passport photocopies
• Current dated cheque for the 1st installment payment.

The Sales Representative will be more than happy to answer your queries and advise you on the purchase.  After you have chosen the unit you wish to purchase, you will be required to sign a Short form contract. The name of the purchaser (must be over 21 years of age) will appear on the short form contract and eventually on the Sales Agreements for the unit. 

On receipt of the payment, our finance department will give you a copy of the receipt, a copy of the Short Form Purchase Contract along with the terms and conditions of the sale and payment terms.

If you wish to purchase a property via joint name, then both parties must be present to sign the documents and both parties need to furnish all the documents required to purchase the property.  However, joint purchases will be allowed for next of kin only.  Next of kin constitutes spouse, mother, father, son, daughter.

We will not have any formal registration, you are most welcome to purchase any unit(s) from our inventory and all sales will be on a first come first serve basis.  All payments must be made by Cheque and the currencies that we accept are AED, U.S. Dollar, or (British) Pound Sterling and Euro.  For foreign currency cheques there is a service fee of Dhs. 500 per cheque which must be handed at the point of sale.
