Recruitment

Our recruitment is based on competencies or sets of behaviors, skills and knowledge and will focus on finding the best people for the available jobs. The selection process may involve several stages. If you meet the requirements you will be required to attend an interview and perhaps complete some psychometric and/or personality tests.  The interview will be about you and your experience. You will be asked for examples of how you behave in different situations drawing on examples from work, university or your personal life.

Available Positions

Based in Dubai, Emaar is a leading property developer experiencing rapid growth, both locally and internationally. Due to our undergoing expansion and opening of the new Sales Centre in Umm Al Quwain we are on the lookout for UAE Nationals, based in Umm Al Quwain for the following positions:

Receptionist

  • Company product knowledge
  • Excellent communication (verbal and listening) on phone and in person
  • Pleasant phone voice with proper grammar spoken
  • Ability to work with a variety of individuals including clients, employees and applicants
  • Microsoft office skills- excel, word, outlook
  • Ability to multi-task and change directives quickly
  • Customer facing experience.

Sales Executive

  • Reaching a monthly sales target as specified by the Sales Manager
  • Achieving data entry targets set for prospecting and leads
  • Sales experience preferred
  • Demonstrated customer service background preferred
  • Relevant education and training in a similar field preferred
  • Displayed proficiency in various IT computer applications
  • Excellent verbal and written and communication skills

Sales Manager

  • Must have strong Real Estate knowledge and be savvy on construction and design of new homes.
  • Must have strong and effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Must maintain product knowledge (existing and new) and share it with staff.
  • Must be always well informed on available finance associated with buying new property and the latest trends relating to it.
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Must be able to efficiently and effectively handle a team.
  • Must attend mandatory training classes/workshops/seminars.
  • May need to work weekends and holidays.
