Performance Management

Emaar expects outstanding performances from its staff – a fact that is reflected in the company’s ongoing success.

To achieve this, a Performance Management System has been implemented were the Company’s objectives are translated into measurable departmental and individual objectives that are regularly monitored and bi-annually appraised.

Training and Development

Development of employees is carried out through in-house training but when specialist training is needed, local and internationally recognized external agencies are invited to partner with Emaar.  Customers are vital to Emaar’s success hence we places a very strong emphasis on training in customer service.
